Tool pushers / supervisors
Lead rig crews on location and answer for safety, quality and the schedule.

Completion
Torque & test hands
- 1+ years of experience
- Able to troubleshoot wrench and pump malfunctions
- Works efficiently and safely, following all HSE guidelines
Completion
Pump hands
- Experience with well control
- Willing to work weekends and 12–14 hour shifts
- Class A CDL preferred, not required
Chemical blending
Mixing plant operators
- 3 years of verifiable experience
- Valid driver’s license
- A team player
Trucking division
CDL drivers
Vacuum, winch, hotshot and flatbed trucks across South and West Texas, with 24-hour dispatch.

Flowback & well testing operators
Run separators, choke manifolds and plug catchers on completion jobs.
