How it works
A management system, not a poster on the wall.
Our Corporate HSE Policy is endorsed by the TCES President and guides an HSE Management System that runs through every crew, yard and office. Our Chief Operations Officer, Jay Worthington, oversees HSE across the company.
We build a positive safety culture by setting goals every year, measuring performance against them, and expecting continual improvement from everyone, from the floorhand to the executive team.

Safety by design
Safer equipment. Fewer people in harm’s way.
-
Remote torque & test
Pressure testing to 20,000 psi runs remotely, so nobody has to stand next to the line.
-
Newer rigs, safer floors
One of the youngest workover fleets in the U.S. NOV 5C rigs come with OSHA-compliant handrails and walkways, rod transfer and tong positioners.
-
Live data, watched remotely
Wireless gauges stream readings to a display on location and a web portal, so pressures and levels can be watched from a safe distance.
-
Certified pressure equipment
Every frac stack is inspected and certified under an ISO-compliant quality program before it goes out.
Environment
A smaller footprint on every job.
Our vision is an industry transformed by technology and data, with better cost efficiency and a smaller carbon footprint. On location, that looks like this:
- Rig movesCarrier-mounted rigs move in fewer truckloads, cutting road miles
- EnginesTier 4 MTU engine on the Service King SK 675
- FluidsProduced water, brine and solid waste hauled by our own vacuum fleet
- DataWell readings monitored remotely, from any browser, on or off site
